This is an all skills camp for high school players who are serious about upping their game with Maine Juniors. The training leans toward a game-like focus while learning and improving the 6 skills of volleyball: serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking and individual defense. The camp will focus on skill development in the morning session and will break into game-like drills and play scenarios in the afternoon.
WHO: Open to incoming 8th-12th grade boys and girls!

Also, players will receive a T-shirt at camp! Please bring athletic clothing, water bottle, snacks or anything else you might need.
